Grey's Anatomy season 21 will be setting the stage for a harrowing season in its premiere, the images implying Levi and Mika's exits are going to be extremely important for the start of the show. Both Borelli and Francis are confirmed to be appearing in a recurring role, expected to leave after only showing up for a few episodes this season.
