WARNING! THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS ABOUT BIG BROTHER 26!
The Big Brother 26 Power of Veto ceremony has occurred and the Power of Veto winner and current Head of Household (HOH) Makensy Manbeck decided not to use it to save one of her two nominees, Kimo Apaka and Rubina Bernabe, from the chopping block. Makensy nominated Kimo and Rubina for eviction, with Kimo as her target, in order to keep her allies, Chelsie Baham and Cam Sullivan-Brown, safe. Makensy then won the classic BB Comics Power of Veto competition. This is the first time in Big Brother 26 that the Power of Veto hasn't been used.
The Big Brother 26 live feeds have revealed that Makensy didn't use the Power of Veto to save Kimo or Rubina. Therefore, one of them will definitely be headed to the jury house this week. That houseguest will most likely be Kimo because he was Makensy's original target. Although Chelsie and Makensy had discussed Makensy possibly saving Rubina and nominating Cam, they decided not to. They were suspicious that Cam was throwing competitions and might eventually win the whole game.

Even though Makensy and Chelsie were considering turning on Cam, it's a smarter move for them to wait. Leaving Kimo and Rubina in the house as a duo would've made it more likely that one of them could win the next HOH competition and target them. Makensy will be especially vulnerable because she can't play in the next HOH competition as the outgoing HOH.
As Big Brother 26 heads towards its October 13 finale, it's going to be a thrilling ride. The season has been full of twists and turns, which have led to these final moments in the game. Fans should take note that there will be no Wednesday, October 2 episode of Big Brother 26 this week, so they'll see the results of the BB Comics Power of Veto competition and the Power of Veto ceremony in a special two-hour Thursday, October 3 episode instead.
On Thursday, the live vote and eviction will take place, and the Big Brother 26 final four will be determined. By winning this week's HOH competition, Makensy had already guaranteed her spot in the final four. Now, her decision at the Power of Veto ceremony might have set her up to take home the $750,000 grand prize.
