WARNING! THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS MAJOR SPOILERS ABOUT BIG BROTHER 26!
The second part of the final Big Brother 26 Head of Household (HOH) competition has been played, and its winner is Makensy Manbeck. Makensy and Cam Sullivan-Brown went head to head in Part 2 of the final Big Brother 26 HOH competition, after Chelsie Baham won Part 1. Now Chelsie and Makensy will compete in Part 3 during the live finale on October 13 to see which of them will be the final HOH of the season.
The Big Brother 26 live feeds have revealed that Makensy won Part 2 of the final HOH competition. Makensy and Chelsie will compete in Part 3 during the finale in order to be crowned the final HOH of the season. This was Chelsie's sixth win of the season, and Makensy's tenth. Cam will finish the season with only one competition win, which was a Power of Veto victory that he used to save himself from the chopping block.
What Makensy Manbeck's Final HOH Part 2 Win Means For Big Brother 26
Cam Must Now Rely On Either Chelsie Or Makensy To Bring Him To The End
Now that Makensy has won the second part of the final HOH competition, Cam will have to rely on either her or Chelsie to take him to the end, depending on who wins Part 3. If Makensy wins, she will almost certainly stay loyal to Chelsie, even though she'd most likely be guaranteed the win if she brought Cam with her.
However, Chelsie's choice is more uncertain. She's promised both Makensy and Cam that she'd take them to the final two, but she'd also easily win versus Cam. Also, she's been allies with Cam since the beginning of the game. It would be a smarter move for both women to take Cam to the end with them instead of each other.
Our Take On Makensy Manbeck's Final HOH Part 2 Win
Makensy Probably Won't Win The Game If She Doesn't Win The Final HOH Part 3
Although Makensy has a strong résumé, which could earn her jury votes, there's a good chance that, if she doesn't beat Chelsie in the third part of the HOH competition and take the power, then Chelsie won't take her to the end with her. Not only has Chelsie been Cam's ally since the very beginning of the game, but she can easily beat him in the final two. If Chelsie becomes the final HOH of the season, she'll most likely realize that she might not win against Makensy, so she'll take Cam to the end instead of her.
However, even if Makensy does win the final HOH, if she brings Chelsie with her to the end instead of Cam, she still could lose. This is because the jury members know that Chelsie was behind many of the decisions that Makensy made when Makensy was HOH.
Nonetheless, it's fantastic that Makensy at least has the opportunity to play in the final HOH competition and take control of the situation, rather than relying on either Chelsie or Cam to take her to the final two. It's going to be a thrilling finale as Chelsie and Makensy face off and one of them is crowned the final HOH of the season.
