Big Brother is officially back on our screens for a new season. The diary room has had a makeover, Will and AJ were twinning for the opening night and there's 16 new housemates to get to know. From the very loud Lily, to former royal butler Nathan, and er, Baked Potato?
Yes, one of the new housemates is indeed called 'Baked Potato' but that wasn't always her name. On night one, 29-year-old dental assistant Rosie was the first housemate to enter this year's Big Brother and yet three episodes in and she's already had a name change.
So why is Rosie being called Baked Potato all of a sudden?
ITV
Well on the launch night episode, the house was divided in half into a red and a blue zone. Housemates had to pick which section to stand in and at the end of the episode it was revealed those who were in the red zone would become 'non-housemates' and live in storage.
In order to get out of storage they had to compete in challenges against the housemates and hopefully trade positions. In last night's episode (8th October) Rosie went head to head with Thomas in a series of tricky dares.
Thomas was dared to wear a bucket on his head, shave off his eyebrow and wear a stinky scarf. For Rosie's part she was dared to stick chewing gum in her hair, eat a blended cheese sandwich, change her name and have all her nominations be public while she's in the house.
While she refused to have her nominations be public, she did complete all the other dares, including the name change and now she's officially known throughout her time on Big Brother as Baked Potato.
Rosie/Baked Potato is now up for the first public eviction and on the official Big Brother app she's listed as Baked Potato, not Rosie.
Well, there's always worse names she could be called we guess?
Big Brother continues on ITV2 and ITVX
